Dr. Upadhyay attended medical school at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. She did Masters in Public Administration (Health Care Specialization) from Long Island University Brooklyn, NY. She did Transitional Year Residency and Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Lincoln Medical Center, Bronx, NY. Soon after joined as a Associate Program Director and now serves as Program Director in the Department since July 2021.
